Thanksgiving!

We had a great thanksgiving!  unfortunately I didn't take any pictures but we went to my cousin Kent's house.  We all were in the basement. We had great food, the norm, turkey, jello, stuffing, potatoes (my favorite)  and lots of pie.  Me and David sat at a table with my parents and my grandparents.  It was a good time.  After that me and David headed back to Provo.  My favorite part of the whole Thanksgiving day was that me and David set up our Christmas tree!  It is our first tree as a married couple so it was very exciting.  We were smart and bought our tree last January for 75% off.

We also have been having a lot of fun wrapping our presents very prettily.

The day after Thanksgiving was a crazy day, for me at least.  I work at Target and every employee had to work on black friday.  I worked for 8-4:30 so I missed the big crazy rush that happened at midnight when the store opened.  It was still a very very busy day though.  Me and David bought a few things. We got four dvds for four dollars each. We are very big spenders!  
      While I was at work my parents came down to provo to visit my grandma.  They met up with David because he was lucky enough to have the day off.  After my mom and Erin played a few rounds of Mario Kart, David and Erin went to Provo Beach Resort and did the ropes course.  Erin had   blast!  I'm glad they could bond while doing that.

Life has just being going great!  I am loving the holiday season. Our chirstmas tree lights are on pretty much 24/7 and we have christmas music on all the time. I just love this season.  I still have a lot of Christmas shopping to do though.  Wish I had more money to spend!  Anyway things have been going great with us!

Happy Birthday Sis!

Last weekend me and David made our way home and spent the day celebrating Erin's Birthday with my family. We went to lunch and had a great time bowling.  Erin totally kicked our butts.  It was great!  On Sunday we had a delicious cheesecake and sang to her  (In fact I still have some in the fridge that i'm about to grab) Today (the 22nd)  Is actually her birthday.  Just wanted to tell her happy birthday on my blog. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!  I wish I would've taken some pictures but unfortunately I didn't.  Anyway it was a great weekend!  Can't wait for Thanksgiving.

So last weekend was a blast!  My mom came down and we had a ton of fun.  We ran all over Provo and got a lot of Christmas shopping done.  We came back to my apartment and tried making some great candy cane bath salts to use as gifts for her coworkers.  they were a great success!  Cheap and easy.  While we were shopping we picked up a Halloween gingerbread village to decorate.  Since it was after Halloween it was 70% off.  We had SO much fun decorating them.  David had so much fun eating them.

I love my mom so much.  She is amazing. We have so much fun hanging out.  I'm so lucky to have such an awesome mom!  I can't wait till we can hang out again.

Later that week me and David heading to Provo Beach Resort to do the ropes course there.  It was totally terrifying at first.  I really didn't think I would be able to do it but after a little while and I got more used to it it was way fun.

School is going great.  Not to much left of the semester.  The good news right now is that my least favorite class got canceled for a week an a half. Woot Woot!  I'm hoping I can be done in two more semesters.  Not quite sure if I can fit it in but I'm meeting with a counselor soon to plan it all out.

Good Times

This week was great!  Hailey and Jacob came down for the weekend.  We had a lot of fun with them. We did this cool laser thing, we went ice skating, and carved pumpkins.  Good times!

I also started my new job at Target!  So far its been pretty good.  I've had a couple small issues but for the most part I think it is going to be good.  The best thing that happened so far is I had Jimmer Fredette come through my line the other day!  It was so awesome to see a "celebrity" come through.  It was great...




Halloween was a great holiday!  I had to work but I got off early so me and David planned on going on a halloween cruise.  This picture I just got online but this is what it was like.  We had a guide and he told us some scary stories. There was also a pirate attack which was super fun.  They had lots of jack o lanterns and strung lights to lead the way.  It took about 20 minutes to do the whole thing but it was really fun. I'm glad we went!




Today was devotional and President Monson spoke! Me and David fought trekked through the pouring rain to get a seat.  I'm so glad we made it. It was great!

Just one more thing, Lynsey moved in with us today. I'm excited to have her with us.
