Great Weekend!

I had an amazing weekend! (minus a few hours)

My mom came up on Friday and we had so much fun together.  On Saturday we cruised all over Provo and  Orem on my scooter.  We had a great time and even splurged on some delicious Krispy Kreme.

I seriously could eat these every day.  So good.







Also David and I went to the BYU game.  Obviously it was a huge let down, sad, very embarrassing but hey we still had a good time!

So I'm trying to be a little more crafty so I've found some easy projects

 online and this is the first one I've attempted.

I just bought a wire wreath frame at Joann's

Then I just hot glued a bunch of photos all around it.

So things are going great here in good ole Provo.

My new pride and joy is my new kitchenaid I bought!

It is like the best thing that ever happened to me.  I love it!

Also me and David are making it tradition to have a pot roast every Sunday.  So last Sunday we had our first roast to start off the tradition. It was delicious.

Yesterday me and David had to run a few errands.  He took his motorcycle and I rode my scooter.  It was my first time really riding it in a city.  It was kinda scary but also really fun.  This is us parked at target.  I think they look great together haha.  

Moving Day!!!

So after all summer of living with my parents we finally moved into our new apartment! We still haven't gotten everything unpacked and have a lot of cleaning up to do but I'm loving it so far.  It is in a perfect location.  So close to school.

Also David has been living in Morgan this last week because he hadn't gotten a transfer to the Orem Costco.  It has not been fun having him gone.  The great news though is that he got his transfer!  It is a huge blessing because other people who have transferred have had to wait up to a year to get it and David got his transfer in a week.  Tomorrow (Saturday) is his last day and he starts in Orem on Tuesday! Woot Woot!

So after much begging and begging from David I finally let him buy a motorcycle.

He loves it so much!  He has wanted one for a very long time so I'm glad he could finally get one.

Today we went for our first long ride.  It was great!  We went from Morgan to around Trappers then down through Ogden canyon.  Then we stopped for ice cream at Farr's (yum!)  then back up through weber canyon and back home.  It was an awesome ride.  Here are some pictures I took from the back of the bike!

So I decided I would try my hand at blogging. Hopefully it will work out well!

David and I were married on May 6, 2011 and are still very happy!  We are living in Provo while I am going to school to be a child life specialist at Brigham Young University.  I hopefully only have about 3 or 4 semesters left.  David is going to be starting at UVU next semester to be a pilot. Life is going great so far!
