Aquarium!

I love spending time with my husband.  We are so busy now with jobs and school that we don't have a lot of spare time to spend together so when we do we have to make the most of it.  We both had a day off so David took me to the Aquarium!   We saw awesome otters and penguins, and got to touch a shark. It was awesome!

So life with the Enlow's has been going great!

We have been pretty busy.  I feel like all I do is go to work and school but I can see the end in sight!  I am hoping to graduate next August so I just have to push through until then.

We have had a lot of fun spending time with our family.  We had a way fun end of the summer party with David’s family with lots of good food and fun.  That same day was also my Grandpa Creager’s 80th birthday party.  So we got to spend some time with my family too.

We are currently house sitting for my Grandma Jensen.  It’s always a good time staying here.  We kind of use it as a little vacation haha.  While we have been here my parents have come down both weekends we have been here.  I always love when my family comes to visit.  We did some Halloween crafts and went swimming and had a lot of fun.

Also Hailey had a birthday!  We went to Morgan last weekend to celebrate with her.  We had roast beef and potatoes for dinner (my favorite!)  and had a great time being with everyone.

One more thing.  I have to brag about a successful pinterest recipe!  It was spaghetti baked in garlic bread.  Thanks to my mom helping it turned out great. Yum!

Working on an awesome halloween wreath! notice Cody being a part of the group.

My dad is not a big crafter..

It turned out great!

We also made some super awesome little spider webs!

This is a wreath I made last year that I had to bring out and hang up.
This is the original spaghetti bread.

This is ours.  Its not as pretty but i think it turned out awesome!

David loved it!

And last but not least some adorable pictures of our furbabies!

So its been a great week with family!  My mom came down last week and spent a couple nights at our house. David and I bought a starving student card last year which is a card with tons of great deals.  A ton of buy one get one free stuff and a lot of free stuff.  It expires at the end of the month so my mom and I decided we needed to do as much on it as we could.  First we had lunch (buy one get one free burgers at Carl's Jr.), then we went shopping.  After that we had a nice scalp treatment (for free) at a local hair school.  We finished off the day with a couple delicious shakes (again buy one get one free).  I had oreo fudge and my mamma had brownie fudge.  YUM!  The next day we treated ourselves to amazing pedicures (for free).  It was such a fun couple days with my mom.  I just love her so much.

Today was a fun day.  Me and David got to help out in nursery which was a blast.  After church David's family came down!  We went for a great walk at the park, and after that had a yummy dinner.  We also played a very competitive game of phase ten. (of course I came out the winner)

It's so good to have family around.  I have been very blessed to be born into such an amazing family and also very blessed to have married into a great family.

Summer!

Summer has been awesome.  I will be so sad when it is over.  Let me catch you up:

We welcomed a new member to our family!  Her name is Victoria Chase.  We call her Tori for short.  She is super crazy.  She is always waiting around a corner ready to attack your legs as you walk by.  Cody and her are best friends.  We love her.

For my mom's birthday we went camping!  It was really really fun.  It was so nice to get away from everything and enjoy some time together.  We relaxed by the fire, walked by the lake, went on a great hike, and I dominated at up and down the river.  We may make this camping trip a yearly tradition.

Just yesterday we concluded the Anderson reunion.  It was so so much fun.  My mom has been down all week helping get things ready.  It was so nice having her around!  I really wished I lived closer to her.  Anyway the reunion started on Thursday and ended on Saturday.  We went to seven peaks and the zoo and had a blast at both places. It was such a great time being with my whole family.  I love them so much!

This is the whole gang by age!

Cody had a blast playing with everyone.  He was sure loved by all!

Cody loved Sarah-Jane.  He was so gently with her too.  So cute.
One last thing.  Our jobs are going great.  David got a temporary job in major sales at Costco.  He works with the TV's and computers and jewelry and that stuff. He loves it and is hoping he can stay there after the summer.  I also just got a new job at Target.  I'm in human resources now.  I'm so excited!  The new job also came with a little pay raise so that was a huge blessing.

Well that's it. Life is great!

Our 1st Anniversary!

So we made it one year.  Part of me can't believe its been a whole year and the other part feels like I've been married for so long.  A lot of people have said that the first year is the hardest.  This wan't true for me.  It wasn't too hard at all.  Maybe that's because we new each other for so long before we got married.

Well our anniversary fell on a Sunday.  We went to my cousin's Tory and Bethany's baby blessing.  They have one beautiful baby.  It was so awesome to hang out with all of my family.  We had so much fun.  The next day is the day we celebrated our anniversary.  First we went to Salt Lake and had a couple's massage.  It was amazing!  David had never had a professional massage so it was a great treat for him.  We went to a school so it didn't cost to much either.  After that we went to City Creek to check that out.  We had fun looking at all of the shops and stopped at the chocolate store to buy a couple yummy chocolates.  We had some time before our dinner reservations so we decided to catch a movie.  Hunger games was playing and we watched that.  After that we went to dinner.  This was the part that I was most excited for.  We had a coin jar in our kitchen and we saved for months for this dinner.  We went to the Roof at Temple Square.  It was so delicious.

We had such a good time.  I'm so glad that I've been blessed with such a good marriage.  David treats me so well and we are so happy together.  One year down,  a million to go.
