I recently turned 26! So many people don't like birthdays but I love my birthday! My amazing parents surprised with with a kid free night with David. We stayed at this wonderful vacation condo in Eden. It was so great to spend time alone with David. We went out for a delicious dinner, had ice cream and soaked in the hot tub. The best part was being able to sleep through the night and sleep in! I can't remember the last time I did that. This was the most amazing present. I had really been struggling. Liv was really hard and I hadn't slept in days. Thank you so much mom and dad for taking the kids and giving me this great gift.
The next day we picked up the kids and went to the zoo! This was the first time we've taken Austyn to the zoo that she has really been excited about the animals. It was so so so fun. Also it was military day and we got in for free!
My parents had the condo for a week so we spent a couple more nights there with the kids. On my actual birthday we grilled hamburgers and hot dogs. Austyn's favorite part was the birthday cake! We sang happy birthday to me then had to sing to her.
This was seriously one of my best birthdays ever. I had so much fun with David then with our kids. It was the best!
